  Dentist  

Hamilton Community Health Network has an opening for Dentists. As a member of the Provider team, this position is responsible for providing dental care to the patients of HCHN.  Performs dental examinations, procedures, and prescribes medications to patients as assigned or as needed.  This position will provide dental care for 95% of the time, and administrative responsibilities 5% of the time.  Interested applicants must be licensed to practice in Michigan, preferably with dental family practice experience.  Must have DEA registration. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible management experience in dental care related organization.  Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle multiple tasks and understand HIPAA policies and procedures. Education and/or Experience: Doctoral degree required (D.D.S.; D.M.D.).  Nurse Practitioner

As a member of the Medical Provider team, this position is responsible for providing primary medical care to patients of HCHN.  This position will provide direct care 95% of the time and administrative responsibilities 5% of the time.  Providers must support the vision and mission of HCHN and understand that employment is contingent upon adherence to HCHN policies and procedures, JCAHO, OSHA and HIPAA rules and regulations - related codes and laws. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Michigan. Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of health care delivery, as well as the theory and practice of organizational management, preferably in a health care and/or not-for-profit environment.
