On August 3, 2017, Hamilton Community Health Network will celebrate a milestone; its 35th anniversary as a Federally Qualified Health Center providing comprehensive quality health care services to residents of the city of Flint, Lapeer and surrounding communities. In recognition of this accomplishment we will have an Anniversary Dinner Celebration.
