Neighborhood Wellness Centers offer preventive health screenings, testing, and referral services right in your neighborhood to help you manage your health and wellness. This is a trusted space where health meets community.Located in churches and neighborhoods across Flint, these centers offer accessible, compassionate care for families, right where they live.

These services provided at the Neighborhood Wellness Centers are at No Cost to you, you do not need an ID or have insurance coverage.

SERVICES

Health screenings, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes
Help locate primary care providers
Share education on healthy lifestyles and behaviors
Assist with healthcare coverage enrollment
Connect you to local resources
