Hamilton Community Health Network is excited to welcome students to our new school-linked Student Health Clinic, located at Hamilton Burton Campus Building 2 (G-3373 S. Saginaw St., Burton, MI 48529). This clinic is designed specifically for Flint Community Schools’ students from Flint Southwestern Classical Academy, Accelerated Learning Academy and Holmes STEM Middle School Academy, offering a safe and supportive space where young people can get the care they need, right when they need it.

Whether you're feeling sick, need a routine check-up, or just want someone to talk to, our team is here for you, even during school hours.

We’ve made it easy to get here. Transportation is available during the school day to and from the clinic, so you can focus on your health, not how you’ll get here. To utilize transportation, a student must have a parent/guardian consent on file.
