Background

Huda Elhwairis, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine specialist. She completed her medical education at the University of Khartoum, Medical College in Sudan followed by her residency at Hurley Medical Center in Flint. Dr. Elhwairis began her career working as a hospitalist and has spent time teaching internal medicine at Hurley Medical Center. Since joining Hamilton Community Health Network in 2013, Dr. Elhwairis has become the lead medical provider at our Main Clinic, focusing on adult patient care. Dr. Elhwairis is bilingual in English and Arabic.
