Join Us for Our Healthy Mind, Better Health Talk on March 21!

Come join us for a discussion on your behavioral health!

We will be hosting a discussion that focuses on how behavioral health affects physical health at our North Pointe clinic on March 21 from 11am to 12pm. This event is free and open to anyone wanting to learn more about ways to help their behavioral health.

Behavioral health is a serious topic that can affect you in more ways than one. When you are struggling, your physical health and physical surroundings can become neglected. Hamilton is here to provide services to those in need at a sliding scale fee. We serve the underserved and want to help those struggling with their physical and mental health.

Behavioral health issues can range from depression, grief and anxiety to drug and alcohol abuse. These behavioral health issues can be detrimental to our physical health. When your behavioral health is at its lowest, our bodies can become neglected and put to the back burner of our needs. Learning how to deal with our behavioral health issues is a necessity.

Albert Ujkaj, LMSW, will be leading the discussion. Albert is the head of our behavioral health team and wants to make getting treated for behavioral health issues more accessible. Albert will be able to talk us through some of the causes of behavioral health issues, as well as ways to control and maintain our physical health. Albert is a very experienced professional and learning these tips from him will be very enlightening to most.

We will be offering breakfast and coffee along with our discussion. For everyone that attends and receives a blood pressure screening, they will receive a gift card! This gift card is to encourage the community to come out and hear what we have to say. We believe our discussions can better people’s lives, it’s just about getting them there.

Come join us, enjoy a nice breakfast, and walk away with new knowledge on behavioral health and a gift card!

Seats are limited. RSVP to Allie McKenzie at alliesue.mckenzie@hamiltonchn.org or call 810.406.4246 ext. 4959.
