National Health Center Week (NHCW) is an annual celebration to raise awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s health centers who serve every 1 in 11 Americans. This year, Hamilton Community Health Network brings you a week of fun to help celebrate and bring awareness to our services and clinics! Help us celebrate by coming to our week of events this August 5-9!

Hope and Health for the Hungry

Location: Hamilton-Flint Clinic 812 Root St. (inside the Center for Hope)

Are you hungry, experiencing homelessness or just need a little extra help? This event is for you! Join us at our Hamilton-Flint clinic for a day filled with essential resources and healthcare services.

Hamilton’s Healthy Harvest
