Free Flu Vaccines Available This Fall at Hamilton’s Neighborhood Wellness Centers

Hamilton Community Health Network is making it simple for anyone in the community ages 18 and older, to stay protected this flu season. Beginning Monday, September 22, Hamilton’s Neighborhood Wellness Centers will host a series of free flu vaccine clinics.

Flu shots will be offered to all adults at our Neighborhood Wellness Centers, conveniently located inside three local churches: Macedonia Baptist Church, Bethel United Methodist Church, and Word of Life Christian Church. Clinics will take place on select dates throughout September, October, and November. No appointment is needed, and vaccines are provided at no cost.

“Vaccines are one of the simplest ways to stay healthy and keep our community strong,” said Huda Elhwairis, MD. “They build your immunity against the disease and will help reduce your chances of developing a severe illness of the flu that can lead to hospitalization and even death.”
