Hamilton Awarded Gold Seal of Approval® from The Joint Commission

Our facility voluntarily undergoes evaluations by The Joint Commission every few years. The evaluations are meaningful as they tell us how well our facilities are doing when it comes to delivering high quality care. By meeting the Joint Commission’s rigorous performance standards in delivering quality, safe care we know we are achieving the highest standards possible.

In June we had a surprise visit by ‘JCAHO’, and I am proud to announce we once again met the highest of standards of delivery care and received the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® – an internationally recognized symbol of quality. We received our first Gold Seal of Approval® in 2004.

Earning the Gold Seal means Hamilton staff has made an extra effort when it comes to the quality and safety of our patient’s care. We could not achieve this high status without our staff being dedicated to the high standards associated with this accreditation. I want to thank the clinic staff and administrative staff who are involved in the process. Plus, I want to let all Hamilton staff know how we appreciate their dedication to always delivering the highest of standards of care to our patients. It takes each of us to earn The Gold Seal.
