If you visited a Hamilton clinic in October, there’s a chance you heard about our latest technology upgrade. On October 4th, we switched to a new electronic medical record (EMR) system. This change began over a year ago, behind the scenes in the IT department. Now that it is rolled into the clinics and will eventually include our patient portal, everyone will experience the improvements.
While we learn the new system, please know we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through our learning curve. Our providers and clinic staff are doing a great job understanding an entire new process and system, but it does take a little bit of time. So, things may take a little extra time currently, but be assured this is temporary.
