Welcome Hamilton’s New Medical Providers at Main!

We are thrilled to announce the latest additions to our family at Hamilton Community Health Network Main Clinic, Sam Englender, Physician Assistant (PA), and John Lott, Nurse Practitioner (NP).

Sam Englender, PA, comes to Hamilton from the non-profit sector where he worked as a community outreach manager in the Detroit area. During this time, he learned the vital need for community healthcare. Knowing this, he decided to enter the medical field to make a larger impact on his community and neighbors. His medical expertise lies in primary care of patients 18 years and older. As a patient you can expect personalized attention, while receiving compassionate comprehensive care. Sam is also fluent in Hebrew and Spanish.

John Lott, NP, originally from the area and graduate of U of M, Flint. John has spent time working as a registered nurse in local hospitals as he earned his Nurse Practitioner degree. After graduation, his mom, Tonya Lott who is also a nurse practitioner at Hamilton, suggested he work in community healthcare. It was a great suggestion, as his adult patients will witness his dedication to creating a patient-centered experience with open communication and trust.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Sam and John. We look forward to the positive impact they will make on the health and well-being of our patients.

If you are 18 years or older and in need of healthcare services, schedule an appointment with Sam Englender, PA, or John Lott, NP, at our main clinic today.
